Carrie Grimes

Carrie Grimes is the Director of the Independent School Leadership Master’s Program at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. A lifelong student of how people learn and lead, she studies joy in leadership, faculty retention, and what helps educators persist and flourish in their work. Her career has taken her through classrooms, counseling offices, and leadership roles in independent schools from Maryland to California.
